What is Event Engine?
Event Engine is all about bringing people together. Here at Propeller Mobile we know how difficult it is to get people out of the office these days, so we have created an app that improves the attendee experience and provides accurate business connections for them at your event.
Event Engine is the complete digital solution for the event organiser, attendee, exhibitor, and sponsors. It creates the ultimate interactive show guide in the palm of your hands. The ability to access live, up-to-date information about your exhibition or conference improves the user experience and allows people to plan and schedule their time more effectively, and connect with relevant and potential business contacts.
Unlike some of our competitors, there are no hidden costs with the Event Engine. You will have full access to all of the functions and features, which you manage through an easy-to-use central Content Management System. Through this CMS you will be able to update, measure, and collect real-time data about your event from the users’ behaviour and preferences, and this will help your customers reach their target audience.We will help you every step of the way from the design stage to full IT support, right through to creating a product that is capable of generating new additional revenue streams.
With our event engine, you will be able to publish an app for for all types of events you are hosting including conferences, tradeshows, exhibition or b2b events enabling attendees to know more information about the event.
The app is the core component of the Event Engine solution. Our event apps are fully compatible with all the major smartphones including iPhone, Blackberry, Android, and Windows Mobile.
Because Event Engine is a white label product, we don’t have a development time – only a roll out time. Once you place an order it takes us 4-5 days to roll out your app once you have provided us with all of the data. We then allow for a 3-week period to get approval from the App Store, and then your event app is ready to go live.
You have unlimited data upload space available. We upload the first batch of data for you as this can be quite time consuming at your end, but then at any time you can go in through the CMS and add, change, or delete any of the information. We also offer full IT support along every step of the way at no additional charge.
We can create a customised app for iPad and Android Tablets to run alongside your smartphone solution. This will be fully integrated with the Smartphone app, and run from the same CMS.
Event Engine – Website
All of our apps for events come with a mobile web version as standard, but we can also design and create a website for your event that will be fully integrated with the mobile app and the same backend CMS.
This allows users the flexibility to arrange their visit to your exhibition or conference at their convenience, either while sitting at their computer, or while they are on the move with their smartphone.
Combined with our Content & Social solution, we can help populate your website with highly relevant and captivating content by engaging with your target audience, whilst at the same time creating debate and driving traffic and building awareness about your event.
Can I integrate the app with my existing website?
Yes, if you already have an existing event website that you are happy with, we can look at integrating the Event App Engine software with your backend systems and internal processes.
We can also build widgets to sit on your website that will be fully integrated with the app.
Content & Social
Through Propeller Mobile’s sister company, Propeller PR, we can offer packages to produce content and create a buzz around your b2c or b2b event via social media. We have two different packages to choose from:
Four weeks before event starts, during event intensely, and one week after, our team will share at least one post a day of content to be found on the event app on selected social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+, You Tube, Twitter etc.). Target of 50 such shares.
To really kick-start the content, interaction and engagement flowing through your app for the event, a trained PR manager from sister company Propeller PR will track down and pull together content, speeches, presentations, white papers, video/audio, new/press releases, graphics/pictures, data, Q&As, graphics about your conference, tradeshow or exhibition.
- Pre event: We would invite key note speakers to join the community and invite questions in advance
- During: We would send alerts to delegates inviting them to visit selected attractions
- After: we would gather and present positive customer feedback via the app
